1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, PharmaLight owns the copyright to the content presented in the webinars. Some of the copyright for content on this website may belong to individual presenters and is included on our website under a license or agreement. Webinar events and recordings may only be viewed by the registered participant; under no circumstances may the content be recorded or reproduced.

If you wish to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way, it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use where necessary. Any copyright infringement, including recording of the presentation or other unauthorized use of the material, may lead to legal action.

2. Learning Outcomes

PharmaLight is not responsible for the detailed content of any webinars, the quality of the presentation, or if learning outcomes do not fully meet expectations.

3. Links from the Webinar

Webinars may contain links to other websites over which PharmaLight has no control. PharmaLight makes no claims about the accuracy of the information on these websites. We are not responsible for the content of these websites.

4. Registration

By registering for a webinar, you agree that application details will be shared with Microsoft Teams to set up the webinar. You can read Microsoft Teams' policies on their website.

5. Cancellation

Registration for a webinar event can be canceled up to 48 hours before the event. If the presentation needs to be canceled by PharmaLight for any reason, a notification email will be sent as soon as possible.

6. Webinars May Be Recorded

The virtual event platform includes a feature that allows for recording audio as well as all documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session. By participating in a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact PharmaLight to discuss this well in advance of the webinar date.

7. Webinar Material

The webinar presenter may provide reference material for your use during or after the webinar. All material related to the webinar remains the copyright of PharmaLight. It may not be distributed to third parties at any time or in any form without written permission from PharmaLight.

8. Data Protection

PharmaLight may use, and provide and export your personal information within the company, as well as personal information collected about you for the following purposes: (a) to provide access to and use of the webinar, (b) to provide customer support, billing, and other similar activities, if applicable, related to the webinar, and (c) to keep you informed about products, services, offers, and upcoming events and to improve PharmaLight's webinars. PharmaLight may also provide personal information about you to its co-sponsors and co-hosts of the webinar for the purpose of providing you with direct marketing offers that PharmaLight or its co-sponsors and co-hosts believe may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive information about other products, services, offers, and events, please notify PharmaLight in writing by sending an email to info@pharmalight.se.
