Shipping policy
Delivery time
Standard delivery time is 2–6 business days from when the order is received. Products are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Contact us at info@modellight.se if you require expedited handling.
Shipping method
We ship via Postnord, DHL Parcel or DHL Service Point. Orders over 3,800 SEK qualify for free shipping within the EU.
Shipping damage
Any shipping damage must be reported to ModelLight AB immediately upon delivery, preferably with photo documentation and before opening the package. If the product is damaged, please return the shipment to ModelLight AB as soon as possible. Contact us at info@modellight.se.
Uncollected packages
If you do not collect your package from the pickup point within the specified time, it will be returned to ModelLight AB. A fee will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs for uncollected packages:
- Order value under 500 SEK: minimum 195 SEK
- Order value over 500 SEK: minimum 395 SEK
Important regarding right of withdrawal: If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must collect the package and return it to us within the withdrawal period. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full information on the right of withdrawal. The uncollected package fee does not apply when the right of withdrawal is properly exercised — the right of withdrawal is governed separately, and the fee above applies only to packages that are never collected without prior contact with us.
International shipping
We ship to a large number of countries outside Sweden. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import fees may apply — these are the responsibility of the recipient. ModelLight AB is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.
